  3. Damned things used to stick to my teeth. Many a filling loosened by them. Loved the cheap tin prizes though. Hot shit when you're eight...back in the olden days, that is.

    What is that comedian's name, Punch. Jack Gifford? Gillford?

  5. We once got a box of Cracker Jack with no prize. My mom wrote a letter of complaint to the company, and they sent us 50 prizes. But mom sent them back, saying that wasn't the point...every box should have ONE prize.

    I've forgiven her.

    (Jack Gilford was the actor, JJ. I remember him in "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum," too.)
