A moment for Champs, dead or alive. 12/20/11
I was over to Mr. Charleston's blog where he spoke of people who passed away this year that had an effect on his life.
He spoke of Joe Frazier, heavyweight champion of the world. Smokin' Joe passed over on September 7, 2011. Here is the Fight of the Century, a title I think holds and is not hype. Madison Square Garden March 8, 1971. Ali's first professional loss, by decision.
I am not a fan of boxing, yet I am a great admirer of Muhammad Ali.
Mr. Frazier earned his title that day. And He wore it well.
